Shipping is free of charge within Austria.  

Shipping costs to Germany and all other EU countries are calculated at checkout.

If you order outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. Prices are shown without duties and taxes. All items are shipped from our headquarters in Austria. Please contact your local customs office for a more accurate calculation.

Returns

If, contrary to expectations, you do not like your ordered item despite the detailed descriptions and detailed photos, you are entitled to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. Should you wish to make use of this right, please contact us byemail.

Please note that this modality is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. 

PRODUCT CARE

Preloved products have a long life. Despite adventurous experiences, the product still requires good care in order to ensure a good resale of the product. We therefore recommend that you store the fabric bags we provide in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and light.

Make sure that your leather products do not get wet or stained. If the surface gets wet or dirty, clean it with a lint-free light-coloured absorbent cloth. Please do not use soap or solvents. Also avoid rubbing or touching your products with rough or scratchy surfaces.

Our delicate leather products have developed a beautiful patina in the meantime and therefore still belong to be cared for.
