If you order outside the EU, local customs and import taxes may apply. Prices are displayed without duties and taxes. All items are shipped from our headquarters in Austria. For a more accurate calculation, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

If you do not like your ordered item despite the detailed descriptions and detailed photos, you are entitled to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. If you want to make use of a return, please contact us by e-mail.

PRODUCT CARE

Be careful not to get your leather products wet or stained. If the surface gets wet or dirty, clean it with a lint-free light colored and absorbent cloth. Please do not use soap or solvents. Also avoid rubbing or touching your products with rough or scratchy surfaces.

Our delicate leather products have developed a beautiful patina in the meantime, so they still belong to be cared for.
