Please send us your handbag insured and we will carry out an authentication with Entrupy. If the checked bag is an original, you will receive the corresponding certificate.

This certificate contains the item picture, the brand name, the code if it is an older model and a short description of the designer handbag.

You can book the authentication of your luxury handbag with guarantee and certificate directly via our online shop. You will receive the order confirmation for the process by email and print out this confirmation.  Please include it in the package with your bag. The shipping to us is done by the buyer with the shipping company of his/her choice. With the purchase of the certificate the return shipment is already included. If you would like a higher insured return shipment, you can book this as an option.

If an article turns out to be not authentic, you will receive a letter of proof which we may request from Entrupy.
