EPI LEATHER BY LOUIS VUITTON

The unique relief as well as the striking lines distinguish the structure of EPI LEATHER. It has been one of the unmistakable signatures of the House of Louis Vuitton for almost 100 years. 

In 1920, this leather was developed by Georges Vuitton and his son Gaston-Louis. This relief was inspired by wheat fields swaying in the sunlight.

This unique leather is used in many handbags such as the famous Noé, the iconic Alma and also the Twist.

Epi leather is dyed in different colours and is also hard-wearing and durable.
